The Browning M1919A4 .30 cal machine gun was used extensively in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War being replaced in the 1960s by the M60 in US service. In some militaries around the world, the M1919 is still in service.
This set includes:
2 M1919A4s with closed top cover
2 M1919A4s with separate top cover
2 open M2 tripods with positionable T&E mechanisms
2 stowed M2 tripods with T&E mechanisms
2 separate .30 cal barrels for used as coaxial guns
8 closed M1 ammo cans
2 open M1 ammo cans with cover
4 open M1 ammo cans with separate cover
2 .30 cal ammo belts*
Note: the 2 ammo belts are flexible because it is UNCURED resin. To use:
1. Cut the belt away from the support block
2. Position as you want - the belt with return to flat so apply small amounts of super glue may help it keep its shape
3. Cure the belt under strong UV light to cure the belt to the shape you want.
