Handcrafted 1/48 scale WWII airfield display base, representing a temporary field airstrip with a weathered wooden plank surface surrounded by rough natural terrain.
The base measures 30 x 25 cm and features individually detailed and weathered wooden planking, realistic earth textures, scattered stones and irregular grass growth, creating the appearance of an improvised operational airfield.
Designed specifically for 1/48 scale single-engine WWII aircraft, it is ideal for displaying models such as the Fw 190, Bf 109, Spitfire, Hurricane, P-40, P-47, P-51, Typhoon and other similarly sized aircraft.
