Right of Withdrawal & Return/Exchange Policy

At Hobby Market, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Below, you will find detailed information about your right to withdrawal and our return/exchange policy, in line with applicable laws:

Right of Withdrawal

Purchases made through Hobby Market are governed by the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection (as amended). You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any product without providing a reason, except for the following:

Products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, unsealed after delivery.
Goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Sealed audio/video recordings or computer software unsealed after delivery.
Newspapers, magazines, or any other periodicals.

Withdrawal Process

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after you take physical possession of the purchased goods.
To exercise your right, send a clear withdrawal statement (e.g., letter or email) to the seller, using the provided withdrawal form template, if applicable.
Following your withdrawal, you must return the product to the seller within 14 calendar days, bearing only the return shipping costs.
The seller must refund the purchase price within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The same exceptions listed under the Right of Withdrawal apply.

Process for Returns or Exchanges

Contact our customer support team to begin the return or exchange process.
Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
